Some announcements- This is the fourth week of the third six weeks. Be sure that you check your student's grades at TXConnect; progress reports will be coming out soon.
- Be sure to order your yearbook, if you have not done so already. Here is a link to order online.
- For the latest information about what's going on in class, visit my wiki. It is updated several times each day.
- Visit the publications web site to verify your name for the yearbook, submit ideas, get senior ad information or order your 2010 yearbook.
This week in class- In English I, we are continuing to study Elie Wiesel's book about the Holocaust, Night. Click here for class information, including objectives covered, vocabulary words, activities and downloadable worksheets.
- In Journalism I, we are in the beginning stages of creating a magazine. The students have come up with some really neat ideas. To see their project web sites (still in their infant stages), click here.
- In Yearbook, we are hard at work on finishing the book. The final deadline is the week before spring break.
