Some Announcements
- Today is the first day of the third six weeks.
- Thanksgiving break begins next Wednesday, Nov. 25.
- You can stay caught up on what is going on in my class by visiting the wiki.
This Week in Class
- In English I, we are continuing to study Homer's Odyssey, updating our college essays and practicing writing short answers.
- In Journalism I, we are continuing our study of visual communication. Students are taking turns working on two projects: laying out a spread using InDesign and finding examples of good pictures to use in a PowerPoint called Picture Perfect
- In Yearbook, we are working hard on deadlines one and two. This means about half the book will be finished in the next month, including all portraits. It's lots of work, but it looks good.
